On f.4r, a note written in Jawi reads “Ini Surat Ratu Rama.” f.7v and f.8r are the opening pages with a rectangular frame (appr. 8×10 cm) within which the text written in Javanese script (7 lines). The page numbering (pp 1-2) in pencil starts on these pp. On the pp.3-232, the text written in 15 lines. On the last page (p.233), the text runs in 5 lines. Rawana appears in the beginning. The manuscripts is dated i sakala warseng nyitra guna lur kaswareng bumi (cf. Ricklefs, Voorhoeve & Gallop 2014:81; Drewes 1977:199).
