Manuscript consists of 3 texts: Śaktisūtra with its Bhāṣya, 20 sūtras with its commentary; Ātharvaṇaprokta – devīrahasya – svarūpakramopāsanāyāḥ jaganmātṛbhaktyaikavedyaḥ prayogaḥ by Jagannāthasūri, 215 ślokas from ff.13-26; Cidvallī by Naṭanānanda, a pupil of Nāthānanda, a commentary on Puṇyānanda’s Kāmakalā, or Kāmakalāvilāsa, which has been printed by Prof. Bhandarkar in his ‘Report on the search for Sanskrit MSS in the Bombay Presidency during the year 1883-84’ (Bombay 1887), p. 376 seq. (89 f.)
Note on verso of first folio: ‘This volume contains 1. the Xakti-sūtram and it’s Bhāshyam; 2. the Bhāvanopanishad; and 3. the Cidvalī. C M Whish 1827 Cadroor’.
The text of the Śaktisūtra begins: oṃ atha śaktisūtrāṇi | citisvatantrā viśvasiddhihetuḥ | svecchayā svabhittau viśvam unmīlayati |
Text ends (f.1b): oṃ śaktisūtraṃ saṃpūrṇaṃ | śrīmatagurubhyo namaḥ |
Commentary begins: śaktisūtrabhāṣyaṃ | oṃ | citisvatantrā viśvasiddhihetuḥ viśvasiddhau hetuḥ | viśvasiddhiḥ hetukā ca iti sarvakāraṇatvaṃ sarvaśaktitvaṃ mahāphalatvaṃ sukhopāyaprāpyatvañ ca svātmadevatāyā vivakṣitaṃ | citir ity ekavacanena bhedavāstavatvaṃ svatantreti niraṃkuśaiśvaryyañ ca sūcitaṃ | etc.
Commentary ends on f.12a: pūrve bhūtabaliṃ dadyāt kṣetrapālan tu dakṣine | rājarājeśvaram maddhye gaṇapati īśānnye | āgneyagaṇapatim āgneyaṃ kurukulyāṃ | vāyavye | vārāhīm īśānnye | etc.
The text of the Ātharvaṇaprokta – devīrahasya – svarūpakramopāsanāyāḥ jaganmātṛbhaktyaikavedyaḥ prayogaḥ begins (f,13a): vimarśapadavācyām apy avimarśapadan namaḥ | japākusumaṣoṇām apy ajapākṛtim aṃbikāṃ ||
It ends (f.26b): prāṇān āyamya tato nyāsaṃ kṛtvā gurun namac chaṃbhuṃ | iti śrīmad-atharvaṇaprokta-devīrahasya-svarūpakramopāsanāyāḥ jaganmātribhaktyaikavedyaḥ prayogo Jagannāthasūri-praṇītas samāptaḥ || hariḥ oṃ || śrīdevyai namaḥ || śubham astu ||
The text of the Cidvallī begins: vande tan mithunadvandam ādimānandacitghanaṃ | anuttara parañ jyotir iti yat bhāvyate budhaiḥ | śrīmate Naṭanānandayogine paramātmane |
It ends: kāmakalāsvarūpaṃ paripūrṇaṃ | prapañcitam iti | śivam || iti śrī-Naṭanānanda-kaṭhitā cidvallī samāptā | hariḥ oṃ || śrīgurubhyo namaḥ śrīsūryyanārāyaṇāyāsmat-svāmin[h]e namaḥ | devyai namaḥ ||
