Text consists of fragments of the Mahāgaṇeśa-Mantrapaddhati by Gīrvāṇendra, the pupil of Viśveśvara. Viśveśvara was a pupil of Amarendra Yadi [sic], Amarendra Yadi a pupil of Gīrvāṇendra Yogin.

Winternitz notes that one half of f.72 is lost. f.69 is damaged, and an odd half folio found in this volume does not belong to this MS.

Text begins: śrīmahāgaṇapataye namaḥ | Amarendra-yadiś śiṣyo Gīrvāṇendrasya Yoginaḥ | tasya Viśveśvaraś śiṣyo Gīrvāṇendroham asya tu | śiṣyo mahāgaṇeśasya vakṣye śrīmantrapaddhatim | etān diṣṭyā [dṛṣṭyā? dṛṣṭvā-khilān?] khilās santas santuṣṭās santu santatam | prathamaṃ śrīmahāgaṇapate(r) nyāsavidhāna(ṃ) likhyate | atha punar ācamya | guruḥ | prāgvandano viṣṭare(read -ro)paviṣṭas san ityādi granthārtthotra likhyate etc.

The last 3 lines: mūlāgnaye yavāgra(ṃ) syāt annāyānnan tu pāyasam | balāya tilatailaṃ syāt sārasvatāya mākṣikam | taṇḍulan dhāraṇāya syāt medhāyai tv ikṣukhaṇḍakam | dadhi puṣṭyai sthirāyāmbhaḥ prītaye kadaḻīphalam | āpūpaṃ vaśyakā Here the MS breaks off.
