Manuscript consists of the text of the Vedāntaśāstrasiddhāntaleśasaṃgraha by Appayya Dīkṣita, son of Raṅgarāja Dīkṣita. On the outer cover the following titles are given: “Siddhāntaleśasaṃgraha, or Siddhāntabhedasaṃgraha, or Siddhāntasārasaṃgraha”.

Text begins: yadvīkṣaṇaṃ sakalabhūta[ṃ] ca yasya sṛṣṭir yyasya smitaṃ sakalabhautikasṛṣṭir eṣā | yanmāyayā vilasitañ jagad indrajālaṃ tasmai namo bhagavate parameśvarāya || adhigatabhidā pūrvācāryyān upetya sahasradhā sarid iva mahīdeśān saṃprāpya śauripadotgatā | jayati bhagavatpādaśrīmanmukhāṃbujanirgatā jananahariṇī sūktir brahmādvayaikaparāyaṇā | etc.

It ends: iti vedāntaśāstrasiddhāntaleśasaṃgrahe caturtthaḥ paricchedaḥ || vidvatguror vihi[?] taviśvajidaddhvarasya śrīsarvatomukhamahāvratayājisūnoḥ śrī-Raṃgarājamakhina śritacandramaulir asmy Appadīkṣita iti prathitas tanūjaḥ | tantrāṇy adhītya sakalāni sa tātapāda[sadāvadāta?]vyākhyānakauśalakalāviśadīkṛtāni | ātmāya vākyam[āsthāya mūlam?] anuruddhya ca saṃpradāyasiddhāntabhedalavasaṃgraham ity akārṣīt | siddhāntarītiṣu mayā bhramadūṣitena syād yad yathāpi likhitaṃ yadi kiñcid asya | saṃśodhane sasrayās[?] sadayā bhavantu satsaṃpradāyapariśīlananirviśaṃkāḥ || hariḥ om || śabdāntarābhyāsaguṇasaṃkhyā praka[ra?]ṇanāmadheyāni bhedasādhakapramāṇāni || …. karotu mama kalyāṇaṃ karuṇānidhir īśvaraḥ | jananasthitisaṃhārā[ñ] jagatāṃ vidadhāti yaḥ || śrīmanmahādevāya śaṃbāya [read sāmbāya] parasmai brāhmaṇe namaḥ || om brahmaiva satyañ jagan mithyā on tat sat || śiva śiva || śrī || śubham astu
