Winternitz notes that the manuscript was probably copied for C. M. Whish in the early 19th century.
Manuscript consists of the following texts: the Amarakośodghāṭana, a commentary on Amarasiṃha’s Nāmaliṅgānuśāsana, by Kṣīrasvāmin, not quite complete; 2. the Campubhārata, by Mānaveda, Stabakas I-VI.
Text of the Amarakośodghāṭana begins: hariḥ śrīgaṇapataye namaḥ avighnam astu śrīgurubhyo namaḥ diśyāc chivāni śivayos tilakāyamānaṃ gorocanārucilalāṭavilocanaṃ vaḥ anyonyagāḍhapariraṃbhanipīḍanena piṇḍībhavan bahir iva sphuṭitonurāgaḥ | adyāpy abhinnamudro yortthārtthibhir Amarakośa eṣa budhāḥ utpāṭyate yathecchaṃ gṛhṇīddhvan nāmaratnāni |
F.21b: ity Amarakośotghāṭane śabdādivarggas saṃpūrṇṇaḥ ||
F.107: ity Amarakośotghāṭane vaiśyavarggas saṃpūrṇṇaḥ ||
F.113: iti śrī-Kṣīrasvāmyutprekṣite Amarakośotghāṭane bhūmyādikāṇḍo dvitīyaḥ | śūdravarggas saṃpūrṇṇaḥ ||
F.128: ity Amarakośotghāṭane saṃkīrṇṇavarggas saṃpūrṇṇaḥ ||
It breaks off (f.137b) with: śaradi bhavaś śaradaḥ | lakṣaṇayābhinavaḥ | adhṛṣṭopratibhaḥ || śuddho varṣā ca | vidvatsupragalbhau viśāradau | vigataś śāradopratibhatvan doṣosya viśāradaḥ || || || See Amarakośa III, 3, 94.
Text of the Campubhārata begins: hariḥ śrīgaṇapataye namaḥ avighnam astu | lakṣmīm ātanutāt sa vo munivaro Vyāsābhidhānoniśaṃ yaḥ prāleyagirāv Apāntaratamorūpeṇa nityan tapaḥ tanvānasya kalāharer avikalā lokopakārodyatād rāg asyandata bhāratāmṛtajharī yasyeyam [āsye yam] āsyendutaḥ | 1 |
F.7: iti śrī-Mānavedaviracite caṃpubhārate prathama stabakaḥ ||
It ends: iti śrī-Mānavedaviracite caṃpubhārate ṣaṣṭha stabakaḥ || || atha bhūpatir atbhutāvadānaṃ guṇasaṃrañjitasarvajīvalokaṃ yuvarājapade yuvānam enaṃ bharatam modabharāñcitobhyaṣiñcat | 1 ||
