Manuscript consists of the text of the Prākṛtarūpāvatāra, a Prākṛt grammar, by Siṃharāja, son of Samudrabandhayajvan.
Text begins: hariḥ śrīgaṇapataye namaḥ avighnam astu antarāyāndhatamasaviddhvaṃsanavibhākaraṃ daityavartmopamarddenduṃ vande karimukham mahaḥ [read aham?] | uttarābhimukhā bhaktā yasya vācaspatāv api bhajāmi bhāgadheyan taṃ prasannaṃ dakṣiṇāmukhaṃ | setuṃ vyākhyānarūpaṃ gahanam akṛta yaś śāstrasāhityasindhor buddhyā baddhvā yathārtthāṃ vyaracayata nijāṃ sindhubandhetisaṃjñāṃ natvā taṃ yāyajūkaṃ nigamavidhividaṃ tātam asya prasādād vyaktaṃ rūpāvatāraṃ viracayati mitaṃ Siṃharāṭ prākṛtīyaṃ | iha prākṛtaśabdās tridhā | saṃskṛtasamās saṃskṛtabhavā deśyāś ceti | etc.
F.13: ity ajantāḥ pulliṃgāḥ parisamāptāḥ || athājantā strīliṃgā ucyante |
F.72b ends: yuṣmadādibhyaḥ parasya chasya ḍidāro bhavati | tuhmārā | ahmārā | anyādṛśasyānnā irāvarā isau ||
F.73-75 are omitted.
It ends on f.76: –**** [damaged folio] ssagṛhṇau dṛśigrahoḥ | vassadi | gṛhṇādi || || iti sakalavidyāviśāradasya Samudrabandhayajvanas sūnunā Siṃharājanāmadheyena viracite prākṛtarūpāvatāre śaurasenyādivibhāgas samāptaḥ ||
