[Photo.13] Architectural Views of India
Collection of 21 loose albumen prints featuring architectural views of India, dating from the 1880s. All the prints except 8, 10, 11 and 21 also have the photographer’s wet stamp, reading ‘Lala Deen Dayal. Photographer, Indore, C.I.’ on the reverse, and some are also signed and numbered in the negative. The collection comprises architectural views of buildings at Gwalior, Ajmer, Amber, Jaipur, Alwar, Dig and Delhi.
