Text begins: Evaṃ mayā śrutamekasminsamaye bhagavān vajrasatvaḥ – ityekallavīrākhye śrīcaṇḍamahāroṣaṇatantre tantrāvatāraṇapaṭalaḥ prathamaḥ – f.2r.
