Text begins: umāpatyam [sic] umājānim umāñ comāsahodaraṃ | umānanāndaraṃ patmāṃ vidhiṃ vayam upāsmahe | pañcākṣaratanuṃ pañcavadanaṃ praṇavaṃ śivaṃ | apārakaruṇārūpaṃ gurumūrttim ahaṃ bhaje | Sūta uvāca | athātas saṃpravakṣyāmi śuddhaṃ kaivalyamuktidaṃ | anugrahān maheśasya bhavaduḥkhasya bheṣajaṃ || 1 || etc.

It ends: ity uktvā prayayus sarve sāyaṃsandhyām upāsitum | stuvantas Sūtaputran te santuṣṭā gomatītaṭaṃ || iti śrī-śivagītāsūpaniṣatsu parabrahmavidyāyāṃ yogaśāstre śiva-rāghava-saṃvāde ṣoḍaśoddhyāyaḥ || śrīśivāya namaḥ || hariḥ om ||
