Text consists of portions of the Mīmāṃsākaustubha, a commentary on Jaimini’s Mīmāṃsā-Darśana, by Khaṇḍadeva, the son of Rudradeva, from the beginning of the second Adhyāya to the end of the first Pāda of the third Adhyāya. There is also a lacuna from the end of the 2nd to the beginning of the 4th Pāda in the second Adhyāya.

Text begins: śrīmahāgaṇapate n[a]maḥ śubham astu śrīmahāgaṇapate n[a]maḥ | śubham astu evam upotghātaprasaktānuprasakte mantralakṣaṇādau samāpte yatprasaṃgena yad āgataṃ tatsamāptau tatbuddhis sañjāyata iti nyāyena bhāvārtthādhikaraṇoktadhātvartthakaraṇatvasya upasthite, etc.

It ends: mīmā[ṃ]sāṃbunidhiṃ pramatthya vividhair nyāyoccayair nirjjaraiḥ kṛtvā Jaiminisūtramandaram amuṃ vedaṃ tathā vāsukiṃ | yad dhālāhalasaṃjñam eva kalitaṃ granthāntaraṃ sajjanaiḥ śrīkṛṣṇasya tu bhūṣaṇāya sa paraṃ yaḥ kaustubhākhyo maṇiḥ || śrī-Rudradevasūnoḥ kṛtir eṣā Khaṇḍadevasya | mīmāṃsākaustubhākhyośeṣāddhyāye pāda ādyāyaṃ || śrīmatpūrvottaramīmāṃsāpārāvārīṇadhurīṇā-śrī-Rudradevasūnoḥ Khaṇḍadevasya kṛtau mīmāṃsākaustubhe tritīyasyāddhyāyasya prathamaḥ pādaḥ || śrīmahāgaṇapate namaḥ || śubham astu hariḥ om ||
