Manuscript consists of the following texts: 1. the Gautamīya Dharmaśāstra in 3 Adhyāyas or 29 smaller subdivisions (called ‘Adhyāyas’ in the commentary, and in Stenzler’s edition); 2. the Mitākṣarā, a commentary on the Gautamīya Dharmaśāstra, by Haradattamiśra; incomplete, lacking the first Adhyāya (of the smaller subdivisions) and at the end one leaf seems to be missing, containing the end of the commentary.

Text of the Gautamīya Dharmaśāstra begins: vedo dharmmamūla[m] tadvidāñ ca smṛtiśīle etc.

It ends: iti dharmmo dharmmaḥ || 29 || prāyaścittaṃ tṛtīyoddhyāyaḥ || karakṛtam aparādhaṃ kṣantum arhanti santaḥ [read sādhavaḥ?] || koṭikannyāpradānañ ca koṭigodānam eva ca | apūryyāma[read -yyamāṇa?]sahasrāṇān tatsamaḥ prātarāhutiḥ || koṭigodāvarīsnānam makarārke sitāsite | tat phalaṃ samavāpnoti sāyaṃhomāvalokanāt | dāntaṃ kṣāntaṃ jitakrodhaṃ jitendriyam akalmaṣaṃ | tam agryabrāhmaṇam anye śeṣāt [read manye śeṣāḥ] śūdrā iti smṛtāḥ || yac caitanyam anasyūta [read anasyūtam?] jāgratsvapnasuṣuptiṣu | tad eva tvam idaṃ [n]tatvam ito nāsty adhikaṃ paraṃ || śrīguru- … namo namaḥ ||

Text of the Mitākṣarā begins: prāgupañcanayanāt [read prāg upanayanāt] kāmacāravādapakṣaḥ āpatkālasyopānayanasya grahaṇaṃ | ā ṣoḍaśāt brāhmaṇasyetyādi brahmacārīti liṃgāt na hi nitykālāt prāk strīgamanasya prasaṃgosti, etc.

The second chapter ends (f.9): Haradattamiśraviracitā[yām] mitākṣarākhyāyāṃGautamadharmmaśāstraṭīkāyān dvitīyoddhyāyaḥ ||

The 1st Adhyāya (ācāraṃ) ends f.39.

End of the 2nd and beginning of the 3rd Adhyāya (f.102b): iti Haradattamiśraviracitāyām mitākṣarākhyāyāṃ Gautamīyaṭīkāyām ekonaviṃśoddhyāyaḥ || atha catuṣṣaṣṭiṣu yātanāsthāneṣu du[ḥ]khāny anubhūya tatremāṇi lakṣaṇāni bhavantīti karmmavipākāddhyāyasya vyākhyānan durllabhaṃ | etc.

It breaks off with the last but one Sūtra (28, 51 Stenzler): yatoyam aprabhavo bhūtānāṃ hiṃsānugrahayogeṣu | prabhavaty asmād iti prabhavaḥ kāraṇam | [tathāha]
