Manuscript consists of the text of the Bhaktapriyā, a commentary on the Nārāyaṇīya-stotra, in 12 Skandhas. The author of the Sort is Nārāyaṇa Bhaṭṭa of Kerala.
Text begins: hariḥ śrīgaṇapataye namaḥ avighnam astu śrīgurubhyo namaḥ | gajānanaṃ girān devīṃ Vyāsaṃ kaṃsahanaṃ gurūn bhūteśam īśam āśāsitārtthadān praṇamāmy ahaṃ śrīmatbhāgavatārtthasaṃgrahamayanārāyaṇīyāhvayaṃ stotraṃ hṛdyam anargham ujvalataraddhvastāndhakārodayaṃ yat kaṇṭheṣu satām anuttamaguṇaṃ pratyagram utbhāsate tasyeyaṃ kriyate yathāmati mayā vyākhyā hi bhaktapriyākīrttanaṃ bhagavatkīrtter mmatkṛtāv ānuṣaṃgikaṃ ity evaṃ prayatnenāsmadvyākhyātṛtvaprasiddhaye etc.
F.41b: iti nārāyaṇīyastotravyākhyāyāṃ bhaktapriyāyāṃ navamaskandhaparicchedaḥ |
It ends: śrībhāgavatavyākhyādṛṣṭānartthāt padānyepi [sic] stotravyākhyānarūpeṇa racitāni param mayāyan nāmnā sammataṃ stotrañ janānām antarāntarā tābhyām eva hṛdisthābhyām mayā neyaṃ kṛtā kṛtiḥ || iti nārāyaṇīyastotravyākhyāyāṃ bhaktapriyāyāṃ dvādaśaskandhaparicchedaḥ || || Vāsudevena likhitam idaṃ | harih etc.
