Manuscript consists of the text of the Nāmaliṅgānuśāsana by Amarasiṃha, or the Amarakośa, with a Malayalam gloss.
Text begins: hariḥ śrīgaṇapataye namaḥ avighnam astu śrīgurubhyo namaḥ mama gurave namaḥ yasya jñānadayāsindhor agādhasyānaghā guṇaḥ | etc. … svar avyayaṃ svargganākaḥ trividaḥ tridaśālayaḥ suraloko dyodivau dve striyau klībe triviṣṭapam || 6 || sváḥ | avyáyaṃ | svarggáḥ | nākaḥ | trividaḥ | tridaśālayaḥ | suralokaḥ | ivadiṃ puliṃgaṃ || dyaúḥ | okārāntaṃ | divauḥ | vakārāntaṃ | dveḥ | striyauḥ | lkībe triviṣṭapaṃ | ivanu || svarggattinnuperaḥ || amarā nirjjarā devās, etc.
Kāṇḍa I ends on f.30, Kāṇḍa II on f.96.
Kāṇḍa III ends (f.136): ṣaṣṭyāntaprākpadās senāstheyān nāmaliṃgānuśāsanaṃ || akṣaraṃ yat paribhraṣṭam etc. ….. avedomām ahaṃ vande menadeyāya te namaḥ āsurāt prāṇinosyedam etat sarvam apālayaṃ || …. śrīnārāyaṇāya namaḥ śrīkṛṣṇāya namaḥ …. śrīsūryādisarvagrahebhyo namaḥ kollaṃ toḷḷāyiratta arupattaraṇṭāmata kannimāsaṃ, etc.
