Palm leaf; 8 or 9 lines on a folio; first 40 ff. numbered by letters from a, ā, i, ī etc. to aṃ, aḥ, ka, aha, etc. to bha; then 143 ff. numbered as ff.77-219.

Manuscript consists of the following texts: fragment of a commentary on the Bhāgavata-Purāṇa, in Malayalam language; 2. fragment of the Bhāgavata-Purāṇa, Skandha X, Adhyāyas 57 to 84 in Malayalam language (ff.77-202), and Adhyāyas 85 to 90 in Sanskrit (ff.202b-219b).

Text ends: kṣitibhujopi yayur yadarthāḥ || iti śrībhāgavate mahāpurāṇe pāramahaṃsasaṃhitāyāṃ śrībhāgavate mahāpurāṇe daśamaskandhe navatitamoddhyāyaḥ || śrīkṛṣṇāya namaḥ || …. kṣantum arhati.
