Palm leaf; 9 or 10 lines on a folio. Winternitz notes that there is an entry by C. M. Whish dated ‘Calicut 1823’, and he thinks the manuscript was probably written at that date. Manuscript consists of the text of the Kṛṣṇīyam, an astrological treatise. See also RAS Whish MS 111(2) / South Indian Sanskrit MS 113(2), and Whish MS 172 / South Indian Sanskrit MS 162. Text begins: śrīgaṇapataye namaḥ | avighnam astu śrīgurubhyo namaḥ | yena traikālyajñānaṃ saṃmuditam ajñānan timiravarttibhyo tajjñānaṃ divyayutaṃ vakṣye tasmai namaskṛtyam jyotiṣaphalam ādeśaḥ phalārttham āraṃbhaṇam bhavati loke tasmād yatnaḥ kāryyo hy ādeśe jyotiṣajñena || 2 || etc. It ends: Kṛṣṇasya kṛtiś cintājñānaṃ kṛṣṇīyam iti nāmnā iti kṛṣṇīye ekatriṃśoddhyāyaḥ | || Kṛṣṇīyaṃ samāptaṃ || hariḥ śrīkṛṣṇāya namaḥ śrīvāsudevāya namaḥ | etc. South Indian Sanskrit / Whish Manuscript Collection.
