Palm leaf; 10 lines on a folio. Manuscript consists of the Vāsudevamananaprakaraṇa in 12 Varṇakas, ending ff. 4a, 5b, 7a, 11b, 18b, 25a, 29a, 32b, 33b, 36a, 38a, 40b, generally with namaskāra to Mīnākṣi and Sundareśvara. At the end of the 7th we read also śrī-Kṣemānandanāthaparamagurave namaḥ, mentioning the author’s guru. Text begins: yovatīryyeha ācāryyarūpeṇa yatinām mude | śrīmannārāyaṇaṃ vande taṃ hariṃ karuṇānidhiṃ || mananākhyaṃ prakaraṇaṃ vāsudevayatīśvaraiḥ | racitaṃ vistareṇādya saṃgraheṇa prakāśyate || bālānām upakārāya mamāpi jñānasiddhaye | tatra śrībālagopālakṛṣṇas sannihito bhavet || It ends: iti jñātvā tat-tvaṃ-padādivākyajñānena parokṣajñānānubhavenāparokṣasākṣātkārañ ca yonubhavati sa caṇḍālo vā brāhmaṇo vāsmākaṃ gurur evety ācāryyavacanena vijñātatatvopi vidiṣāsanyāsino mahāsanyāsinaś ca varīyān paramahaṃso bhūtvā madahā[read dehā]vasāne paripūrṇabrahmasvarūpo bhavati | iti manane dvādaśavarṇakaṃ samāptaṃ | śrīmīnākṣisundareśvarābhyān namaḥ | śrīgurucaraṇāravindābhyān namaḥ | For notes on the history this work, see catalogue entry by F.
