Manuscript consists of the following works: 1. the Campakāraṇyamāhātmya of the Śivapārvatīsaṃvāda of the Kṣetravaibhavakhaṇḍa of the Bhaviṣyottara-Purāṇa (ff.1-117); 2. the Caṃpakāraṇyamāhātmya of the Aṃbarīṣanāradasaṃvāda of the Kṣetravaibhavakhaṇḍa of the Skanda-Purāṇa (ff.118-135); 3. the Nāganāthamāhātmya of the Tīrthakhaṇḍa of the Uparibhāga of the Brahmāṇḍa-Purāṇa (ff.136-154a) in Adhyāyas numbered LI-LVII ending as follows: LI 138a, LII 139b, LIII 142a, LIV (Piśācamocana) 145b, LV (Tīrthavaibhavanirūpaṇa) 149a, LVI 152b, LVII (Pārvatyā tapaścaraṇa) 154a; 4. the Caṃpakāraṇyamāhātmya of the Ekādaśarudrasaṃhitā of the Śiva-Purāṇa (ff.154a-167b). Text 4 begins: Śaunakovāca [sic] | Sūta paurāṇika[ḥ] śreṣṭha sarvalokaprapūjitā [read -ta] | caṃpakāraṇyamāhātmyaṃ bhavatā kathitaṃ purā || idānīṃ sūryyakuṇḍasya māhātmyaṃ saṃgrahāt śrutaṃ | tasya tīrtthasya māhātmyaṃ saṃgrahāt || vistarāt śrotum adyaiva vāñchā me varttate nūnaṃ | * * * * * * * * kṛpā yady asti ced vadā || It ends: iti śaivapurāṇe ekādaśarudrasaṃhitāyāṃ caṃpakāraṇyamāhātmye catuḥṣaṣṭitamoddhyāyaḥ | śriyai namaḥ | caṃpakāraṇyamāhātmyaṃ sampūrṇaṃ | hariḥ om | śrīmatgirikucāmbāsameta nāganāthamaṃgalaṃ | hariḥ | om | karakṛtam etc. |śrīgurubhyo namaḥ gobrāhmaṇebhyaḥ śubham bhavatu | hariḥ om | F. W. Thomas notes in the Winternitz catalogue entry that this work, despite the different title, is actually a continuation of the preceding work as regards the numbering of the Adhyāyas. He also notes that on the inside of the front cover is written ‘Tirunākeśvara’ (Tamil for Śrīnāgeśvara), and on the outside ‘Tepīska’, ‘Tirunākeśvara’, ‘Purāṇam’ (167) and the number 10 in Telugu and Arabic numerals.
