Two typed copies of notes. 1, to C from Elia, saying she is sure to come on Friday and looking forward to meeting “Master Mathew”. 2. Part of a note from Charles Lamb saying holidays are scarce so he hasn’t been to Leadenhall. But hopefully something will bring the letter’s recipient to town.
